About Trek
Kanamo Peak is one of the highest non-technical trekking peaks in India. Located above the famous village of Kibber in the Spiti Valley, the expedition offers trekkers an opportunity to reach nearly 6,000 meters without requiring advanced mountaineering skills.
The journey combines high-altitude trekking, remote Himalayan landscapes, Tibetan Buddhist culture, and a challenging summit climb. The stark beauty of Spiti's cold desert environment makes this expedition very different from forested Himalayan treks found in Uttarakhand or Himachal's greener valleys.
